By purchasing and accessing the Radiant Soul Embodiment Vault (the “Product”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Ownership and Use

All content inside the Vault, including but not limited to videos, audio, workbooks, meditations, movement practices, and any other materials, is created and owned by Nicole Rose (Radiant Soul Nicole). The Product is for personal, non-commercial use only by the original purchaser. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose any part of the content without express written permission from the creator.

You may download and keep the journaling pages for your own private use.

2. Lifetime Access

Purchasing the Vault grants you lifetime access to the content, meaning for as long as the business is operational. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. Future additions to the Vault may be offered, but are not guaranteed.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for this digital product.

4. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment for the Product. Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

5. Technology Requirements

Access to the Vault requires an internet connection and a device capable of streaming video/audio and opening PDF files. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they meet these basic requirements.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Alberta.
